Bullet-Headed Sennelier Oil Pastels

Sennelier has revamped their oil pastel line, adding new colors and reshaping the sticks. The regular stick now has a lipstick-like “bullet” tip and the giant pastel has been made smaller and more manageable with the same rounded tip. Sennelier is justifiably proud of its oil pastel, which was created in response to Pablo Picasso who, in 1949, asked Henri Sennelier to develop a medium that had the qualities of soft pastel and oil paint in a convenient stick form
