Liquin Mediums
are Here!

Winsor & Newton has introduced a new series of quick drying and non-yellowing alkyd mediums known as the Liquin family.

These include the following:

Liquin Impasto retains crisp texture and brush strokes, extends tube colour, and dries to a semi-gloss, slightly more clear finish than Oleopasto, which it is replacing.

Liquin Light Gel is used for glazing with oil and alkyd colours. A slight gel that breaks down immediately on brushing and flows out with a non-drip effect. Dries to a gloss finish.

Liquin Fine Detail is ideal for fine detail work, glazing and smoothly blended areas with no brushmarks. A good replacement for traditional copal mediums and dries to a gloss finish.

And of course, there is Liquin Original, which improves the flow of oil and alkyd colours for smooth brushwork.
